Asp.net , MVC 4 beta has just been released, I love the fact that MS is continuing to support MVC for a long time, a lot of people are looking more into MVC 4.0, thank you for this article.

I've used MojoPortal and DNN 5/6. Here's my summary:

MojoPortal:
- Easier to get started
- Easier to write and install some basic modules
- Runs faster
- Has better User Profile/Property managment
- Easier to implement User Signin code

DNN:
- Better support and more documentation
- Enterprise level solution. There are some basic CMS functions that are missing from MojoPortal
- Better UI (especially since DNN 6 was released)
- Snowcovered app store lets you buy some really great modules
- Better skinning support and downloadable skin packages
- Great training is available
- MojoPortal's dev is really responsive, but having dedicated support + community support in the forums can't be beat.

I would like to add the following benefits to partial classes ;

1. They allow programmers on your team to work on different parts of a class without needing to share the same physical file. While this is useful for projects that involve big class files, be wary: If you find your class file getting too large, it may well signal a design fault and refactoring may be required.
 2. The most compelling reason for using partial class is to separate your application business logic from the designer-generated code. For example, the code generated by Visual Studio 2005 for a Windows Form is kept separate from your business logic (we will discuss this in a later section). This will prevent developers from messing with the code that is used for the UI. At the same time, it will prevent you from losing your changes to the designer-generated code when you change the UI.
